support groups

At Mind’s Treasure, we believe that healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation. Sometimes, the most powerful form of support comes from being heard and understood by others who truly get what you’re going through. Our Support Groups are thoughtfully designed safe spaces where individuals with shared experiences can connect, express, and grow—together.
Support groups offer a unique form of collective healing. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship issues, parenting challenges, or simply seeking a sense of community, being part of a group can help you realize that you’re not alone.
Facilitated by Ms. Husena Dhariwala, an experienced RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist, each group session is structured to promote open dialogue, emotional safety, and mutual respect. We maintain a warm, non-judgmental environment where everyone is encouraged to speak at their own pace and comfort level.
Our support groups help participants to:
Share their stories and emotions in a safe setting
Receive validation and encouragement from peers
Learn practical coping strategies and emotional regulation tools
Build a sense of belonging and connection
Reduce shame, isolation, and stigma
Develop resilience through shared wisdom and perspectives
Groups are formed based on common themes or concerns and may include:
Anxiety and stress management
Grief and loss support
Women’s emotional wellness
Parenting stress
Young adult transitions
Self-esteem and identity
Each group is small, focused, and confidential—ensuring individual voices are heard and supported.
At Mind’s Treasure, our support groups reflect our belief in the power of community healing. Sometimes, being with others who truly understand can make all the difference on your journey toward emotional well-being.
