Community Outreach & Mental Health Education

At Mind’s Treasure, we believe that mental health should not be confined to therapy rooms—it belongs in classrooms, workplaces, neighborhoods, and homes. Our Community Outreach & Mental Health Education initiatives are designed to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and create emotionally informed communities that prioritize psychological well-being.
Led by Ms. Husena Dhariwala, a passionate RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist, these programs aim to break down barriers around mental health conversations and empower people with knowledge, empathy, and practical tools for everyday life.
Through outreach, we connect with schools, colleges, NGOs, corporates, and local groups to offer:
Awareness talks and psychoeducation sessions
Mental health screening and check-in camps
Interactive activities on emotional well-being
Open Q&A forums with mental health professionals
Collaborative events on key mental health topics
Campaigns for stress management, exam readiness, and emotional regulation
Volunteer-driven community wellness projects
Our mission is to normalize seeking help, build emotional vocabulary, and create supportive networks within society. Whether it’s a group of teenagers navigating peer pressure, teachers managing burnout, or caregivers coping with emotional fatigue—our outreach efforts provide both understanding and actionable guidance.
We also partner with community leaders and organizations to customize initiatives based on local needs, language, and cultural context—ensuring inclusivity and relevance.
At Mind’s Treasure, we view mental health education as a form of social responsibility. By taking therapy beyond the clinic and into the heart of the community, we hope to spark meaningful change—where empathy grows, silence breaks, and mental health becomes everyone’s priority.
If you’re a school, organization, or community group looking to collaborate, we’d love to hear from you.
