APURVA JAIN
Hello there!
I am a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) licensed Clinical Psychologist, with M. Phil in Clinical Psychology, interested in increasing awareness about mental health. Along with knowledge of the core aspects of diagnosis, assessment and therapeutic intervention, I believe in creating a safe, trusted space for clients, where they find the help they require, which can be supportive in their daily functioning and endeavour to encourage them towards a healthier view towards themselves and life in general. I cater to clients of all age groups and my therapeutic leanings are primarily eclectic, with emphasis on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
On the other side, I’m also an avid reader, binge animes and K-dramas and love to keep finding new scientific facts and food videos!
So let’s explore the journey of mental health together, with some serious talk and also some fun!

What the Founder Has to Say:
“Apurva is someone deeply rooted in doing things the right way—ethically, mindfully, and with a quiet strength that speaks for itself. The more I get to know her, the more I realise how beautifully our value systems align. She’s also the one who’ll crack a pun or PJ at the tiniest thing (even mid-case discussions!), and yet when it’s time to show up, her dedication never wavers.
She brings both clarity and curiosity into the therapy room, and there’s a gentle depth in the way she holds space for her clients. Apurva is not just a trusted therapist at Mind’s Treasure—she’s someone I deeply admire and am grateful to build this journey with.”

SHUFRA ALI
Hello! I am an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Professionally, I am a licensed therapist with over 4+ years of clinical experience. Throughout my practice, I have been privileged to work with clients facing a wide spectrum of challenges—ranging from anxiety and depression (“I feel so sad and tired all the time”), OCD (“I just can’t get rid of these thoughts and feel like I’m functioning on autopilot”), and personality-related difficulties (“My life feels like an emotional rollercoaster”), to relationship concerns (“We keep falling into the same conflicts without finding real solutions”), marital and sexual issues (“I feel numb, and my needs often go unheard”), as well as workplace-related stress and career confusion (“I’m unsure if I’m in the right job”).
I believe in understanding each client’s unique context and tailoring therapy accordingly. Every intervention is thoughtfully planned to align with the individual’s personal experiences, needs, and life circumstances. For me, the heart of therapy lies in fostering self-awareness and resilience—so that success in work and life is not about avoiding setbacks, but about learning how to rise effectively from them.
It is okay to not be okay. Healing is not about how many times you fall, but about how courageously and compassionately you rise.
Welcome to this journey.
